PHOTO MONTAGES - How to Organize Your Project

1. Contact us by phone at 301-765-2003 or by e-mail at hi@agastar.com to discuss your project.

2. Clearly label each photo on the back in sequential order.

3. Pack your photos securely in sequential order.  Photos must be removed from albums or frames.

4. Choose your music.  We can accept CDs or cassette tapes.

5. Record voiceovers on cassette tape or onto floppy or Zip disks as .wav files.

6. Label home videos clearly.  Write down each segment you wish to include using time code, the amount of time in minutes and seconds from the beginning of the tape.  Please do not use counter numbers, as each VCR is different.

7. Create an edit decision list, which is a script for the entire video.
